It was in 1996 that Narciso Rodriguez drew attention, with the wedding dress of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy that he had designed just for her. She then became his muse and a very loyal friend. Carolyn Bessette Kennedy died in a tragic accident with her husband. Deeply saddened, Narciso Rodriguez wished to dedicate a fragrance to her as an eternal tribute. For Her is simply stated (Pour Elle), but the composition is original. Faced with this success, Narciso Rodriguez decided to create its masculine counterpart, For Him, le Parfum, then For Him, l’Eau de Toilette.
