A metallic lacquer applied in three passes
The glass first undergoes a micro-sandblasting to achieve a matte surface that captures light without glaring. Next comes a spray of deep copper varnish, followed by a semi-transparent ruby red and, finally, a fine iridescent layer. At the slightest ray of light, the bottle transforms: blood red in direct sun, dark bronze in shadow.
