Beige

Chanel launched Beige in 2008 in Les Exclusifs, an interpretation by Jacques Polge and Christopher Sheldrake of a color dear to Gabrielle Chanel. The current eau de parfum opens on mandarin, before a heart of neroli and an accord of hawthorn, freesia and frangipani, enhanced with honeyed notes.

The square bottle shared by the Les Exclusifs collection, sober and austere, where each fragrance stands out by the color of its juice.

Beige comes in the bottle shared by all the Exclusifs: a square bottle, identical across the collection, which AnOther magazine describes in a clean white box bearing the house’s capital lettering; each juice stands out by its color.

Elena Vosnaki of Perfume Shrine mentioned the collection’s austere bottles in 2008, then holding 200 ml of eau de toilette; the house now speaks of a bottle whose design matches the refined aesthetic created for the collection.
