His haute couture collections, each more elegant than the last, traveled the world. Because he adored women, Emmanuel Ungaro dedicated his first perfume to them, Diva. Ten years later, the designer presented Ungaro III, an aromatic masculine fragrance. Ungaro III is a reinterpretation of Ungaro's vision of man, elegant and virile.

Emmanuel Ungaro, the elegant man

The designer had a very particular view on perfume, stating that a perfume is an intimate object… It is the reflection of the soul. If Ungaro III was to live up to the refinement of Diva, then the Ungaro man had to be elegant, charismatic and virile. Ungaro III is an ultra-contemporary fragrance. It depicts a man who is seductive, but also passionate, always in search of new sensations, much like the designer himself. Ungaro III is a naturally elegant man, who seduces through his natural aura. Ungaro III is made up of multiple contrasts and is characterized as a bold juice.

The aromatic and fresh notes of Ungaro III

The composition of Ungaro III is very complex and indeed full of boldness. Ungaro opens with fresh, aromatic notes, such as lemon, clary sage, and lavender. These are heightened by rosewood and coriander, which bring a genuinely spicy aspect and contrast with the aromatic notes. The heart of Ungaro III is softer, thanks to floral notes such as jasmine, lily of the valley, rose and geranium. Refined, this bouquet lacks nothing in elegance. Finally, the base develops toward a sensual aspect with the combination of patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood and cedar. These notes envelop the whole composition and elevate it with an almost animalic sensuality. Ungaro III leaves behind a sillage that is distinguished and thoroughly virile. As for the bottle, it features clean lines and subtle curves. Against a matte black background, the name of the bottle is written in shiny gold metal. The trim at the top and bottom of the bottle is in the same color. The two colors contrast with each other, just as the ingredients of the composition do. The bottle thus exudes an absolutely exceptional masculine elegance.

A designer much loved by women, Ungaro entered perfumery by dedicating his first fragrance to them, Diva. Ten years later, the designer decided to offer men a composition as refined as Diva, and presented Ungaro III. Powerful and distinguished, its ingredients were chosen with delicacy. Ungaro III lives up to all its promises, and much more...
