Forever Wanted Elixir: the chase continues, desire ignites. Azzaro unveils Forever Wanted Elixir, an incandescent chapter in the barrel-shaped saga. The first shot lands straight on: a dark red raspberry splashes against a green mandarin zest and a dash of bergamot. Then the heart catches fire: cardamom, lavender and clary sage form a honeyed aromatic swirl, quickly overtaken by a stream of smoky leather and wolfwood. The sillage, woven with vetiver and resins, clings to the skin like a sun-warmed biker jacket.
Bergamot, sweet and fresh, raspberry, tart, and mandarin, sparkling and sun-kissed, occupy the top: the citrus freshness of the bergamot and mandarin frames the tart edge of the raspberry.
Cardamom, spicy and fresh, sits alongside lavender, also fresh but floral and camphoraceous: the two notes share a common freshness while diverging in register, spicy on one side, floral on the other.
Amber woods, tobacco and dust, leather, smoky and tarry, and vetiver, woody and earthy, come together in the base. Leather is the only smoky note; the amber woods hold the tobacco, the vetiver the earth.
