Uomo Born in Roma is the eau de toilette Valentino launched in 2019 with its feminine counterpart, Donna Born in Roma. The house makes it a woody aromatic built around vetiver: violet leaf absolute at the top, aromatic sage at the heart, smoked vetiver in the base, with the salt and ginger announced at launch, in a studded black and pink bottle.

Pyramidal studded bottle inherited from the Rockstud, lacquered black and stamped with the Valentino name in bright pink, available from 10 to 150 ml.

The bottle takes up the Valentino Rockstud: a pyramidal shape that the house links to Roman architecture and presents as a signature. Valentino describes the stud that adorns it as a symbol of Rome, where it studs the doors and walls of the city, and as an element of the house's fashion iconography.

The multifaceted studded construction plays on the contrast between the black of the leather and the Valentino name in bright pink, according to the “Pink is punk” principle stated by the brand. On the Valentino store, the same object is described as a classic multifaceted black bottle modernized by the pink signature.
