Sweet Like Candy
Sweet Like Candy is Ariana Grande's third perfume, released in 2016 under license from the American company Luxe Brands. The house opens it on a blackberry frosted with sugar, an Italian bergamot and a pear, before a floral accord of sambac jasmine, frangipani and honeysuckle, and a base of blackcurrant cream, marshmallow, cashmere wood and vanilla.

Where to buy
Sweet Like Candy is released in July 2016 at Ulta Beauty, in the United States, a year after Ari and a few months after Frankie. The perfume arrives in September at Superdrug, Boots and The Perfume Shop in the United Kingdom, under license from the American company Luxe Brands.
Luxe Brands had made Ari its best-selling launch of the previous year. Noreen Dodge, its marketing director, judges in the fall of 2016 that the second perfume surpasses the first, a rare thing for a singer whose second bottle usually falls into line.
The singer is involved at every step: a visit to the composition house, sessions with the bottle designer, meetings with the marketing team. She says she wanted a perfume her fans would love, something sweet, fun and sexy.
The brand still sells the perfume under the three words of its launch, sexy, playful, irresistible, and presents it as a treat to give in to. The bottle remains in the catalog ten years later, in four sizes.

Hannah Lux Davis's film, 2016
A thirty-second spot directed by Hannah Lux Davis, unveiled in November 2016: a collision of candy trucks gives birth to the perfume.
The campaign returns to Hannah Lux Davis, director of the singer's music videos. Unveiled in November 2016, her thirty-second film shows an ice cream truck, a baker's van and a candy cart colliding at an intersection.
The singer plays several roles there, baker, ice cream seller, mail carrier. Davis says she sought to bring together all the flavors in an unexpected way; Luxe Brands ties the film's tone to the comic register the singer practices on television.
