Thank U Next

Thank U, Next is the Eau de Parfum that Ariana Grande launched in August 2019 under the name of her hit, composed by Jérôme Epinette at Robertet. White pear and wild raspberry meet a crème de coconut and pink rose petals, over macaroon sugar and a velvety musk. The pink bottle emerges from a broken heart.

Ariana Grande launched Thank U, Next in August 2019, exclusively at Ulta Beauty in the United States. The fragrance takes its name from her song and album, and extends the series of fragrances she has been developing since 2015 with Luxe Brands.

It came after Cloud, named women’s fragrance of the year in the popular category at the 2019 Fragrance Foundation Awards. Jérôme Epinette, a perfumer at Robertet, signed the composition.

The house’s story

Ariana Grande explains that she wanted a fragrance related to Ari, her first, but more summery: she takes up its pear and raspberry and adds coconut. The house says it wants to shake up the gourmand genre by layering florals and a textured musk, for a more transparent signature.

Luxe Brands presents the fragrance as a blend of sensuality and sweetness, serving the message of the song: moving forward after a difficult chapter.
