Ariana Grande launched Mod Vanilla on December 1, 2022 at Ulta Beauty, together with Mod Blush: it is the first fragrance duo in her line. Its name refers to the mod movement of 1960s London and to its values of modernity, freedom of expression and individuality.

The singer says she began working on this duo more than a year before its release and went through many tester bottles; she counts both fragrances among her favorites. Mod Vanilla is produced by Luxe Brands, which manages the Ariana Grande fragrances.

The house sums up Mod Vanilla in three words, modern, sensual and disruptive, and presents it as an expressive yet deeply personal fragrance. It is sold as an eau de parfum in 30 and 100 ml, in the United States as in Europe.
