In 2026, Chloé returns to its signature line, the Chloé Eau de Parfum launched in 2008, to give it a Parfum Intense flanker. Le Nectar constitutes a flanker of it, in a denser concentration than the original, and shifts the composition toward an amber-woody floral accord.

The composition is signed Romain Almairac. Fragrantica classifies the perfume as floral oriental; Now Smell This describes it as an amber-woody floral. The brand text relayed by retailers claims an anchoring in the 1970s spirit of the house founded by Gaby Aghion, with a sparkling bergamot, an opulent orange blossom and an amber-woody sillage.

The name plays on the idea of concentration and gathered floral matter, consistent with the move to a Parfum Intense. Where the 2008 line was built around a rosy, powdery character, this version makes orange blossom the pivot of the heart, surrounded by neroli and rose, and leaves the base to woods and balsams.
