La Petite Robe Noire by Guerlain was created in 2009 by Delphine Jelk, initially for a fairly confidential purpose. Indeed, it was only sold in Guerlain's Parisian boutique. Nevertheless, at the time, it met with great success among customers. After a few small changes, it was then marketed on a larger scale, starting in 2012. It has therefore been 10 years that its renown has remained intact. To celebrate its anniversary, Guerlain decided, in 2022, to give it more power. This is how La Petite Robe Noire Intense was born.

La Petite Robe Noire Intense has a timeless allure, and for good reason... Its bottle is not new and comes straight from the archives of the house of Guerlain. Its shape derives from two bottles designed at the beginning of the 20th century for the fragrances L'Heure Bleue and Mitsouko. One recognizes the emblematic Guerlain cap, shaped like an inverted heart, as well as its rounded, comma-shaped shoulders, giving the whole a very feminine and sensual allure. The imposing tassel of old, tied at its neck, has since disappeared. It has simply been replaced by a fabric ribbon bearing simply the name Guerlain. The whole largely retains its allure of yesteryear, while becoming more modern. The result is a thoroughly timeless bottle.
The new bluish hue of La Petite Robe Noire Intense
In its first version, note that La Petite Robe Noire was presented in a bottle evolving from black at its base to a more crystalline powdery pink at its top. Here, this color has been replaced by a more bluish shade, slightly violet toward the bottom. Thus, Guerlain perfectly echoes the new ingredient in this composition: blueberry. Despite its blue color, the bottle of La Petite Robe Noire Intense remains very feminine. Its little black dress, drawn on its front face, meanwhile, changes appearance. Featuring a plunging neckline, it also offers a splendid bare back, while daring a flounced skirt, rising in the wind.

Famous for being one of the most prolific designers of his generation, he has worked for all the luxury houses and has more than 650 bottles to his credit.
