La Petite Robe Noire Couture: Sparkling and feminine notes
The couture version of La Petite Robe Noire aims to be more sparkling, and its construction is more chypre than the original. La Petite Robe Noire Couture opens with the fruity, sweet tonalities of raspberry, quickly joined by the freshness of bergamot. Raspberry is the fruit of the raspberry bush, which typically grows along Mediterranean shores. In perfumery, raspberry cannot yield an essential oil, so it is reproduced synthetically in the laboratory. Raspberry is used in feminine perfumes, most often within gourmand, floral or oriental compositions. It gives off sparkling, tangy or sweet tonalities. The heart evolves toward tonalities that are both floral and chypre, combining rose, already present in La Petite Robe Noire, with a chypre-patchouli accord. Finally, the base is distinguished and ultra sensual thanks to the presence of tonka bean, oakmoss and vetiver. The whole is housed in the iconic La Petite Robe Noire bottle.
