Son of a perfumer, Fabrice Pellegrin is a true lover of perfumery. He enjoys working with natural materials, whether floral, woody or amber, and avoids working with synthetic molecules as much as possible. After training at the Robertet house, Fabrice Pellegrin was hired by Firmenich, the world's second-largest fragrance company. In 2017, at the age of 48, Fabrice Pellegrin received an award from the trade magazine Cosmétique Mag, which paid tribute to his exceptional creativity behind numerous successes… To compose La Fille de l'Air, Fabrice Pellegrin chose orange blossom as his heroine and states that there are fragrances one wears in the morning that make people ask, all day long, what one is wearing… La Fille de l'Air is one of these.

The quintessential Mediterranean flower, orange blossom is a symbol of fertility. It is also a flower often present at weddings, as in antiquity it adorned brides' crowns.
