Angels’ Share on the Rocks is the iced version of Angels’ Share, composed by Benoist Lapouza for Kilian in 2025. The house draws on the way Kilian Hennessy drinks cognac, over ice: an On the Rocks accord of bergamot, grapefruit and aldehydes, with bitter orange, opens onto cognac and cinnamon, over a base of tonka bean, oak and myrrh.

Angels’ Share on the Rocks was released in 2025 in The Liquors, the gourmand collection of Kilian, the house of Kilian Hennessy. It revisits Angels’ Share, the house’s cognac fragrance, and entrusts this new reading to the perfumer Benoist Lapouza.

Cognac on ice

The house says it was inspired by the way Kilian Hennessy enjoys cognac, served over ice. It presents a balance between icy freshness and gourmand depth, a new way of giving in to temptation.

The fragrance rests on an exclusive accord, named On the Rocks, which the house considers one of its signatures. It is sold in 7.5, 30, 50 and 100 ml bottles, with a 100 ml refill.
