Mathieu Nardin composed it as an after-dinner amber gourmand: coffee and rum at the top, chocolate and hazelnut at the heart, Bourbon vanilla and Siam benzoin at the base. It comes in a 75 ml bottle and a 10 ml size.

The house presents it as a digestif, the fragrance of late hours when the music is still playing. Kilian Hennessy, who founded the brand, sees in it the most delicious after-dinner coffee, and the house links it to a hidden jazz bar.

Mathieu Nardin composed Midnight Espresso, like Piña Paraíso, the other fragrance he signs in the collection; Calice Becker composed Sparkling Royal, the third.
