Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu

Where to buy
Twenty-five years after the launch of Coco Mademoiselle in 2001, Chanel extends the line with Crush Absolu, an Eau de Parfum signed Olivier Polge. The house's perfumer-creator here takes up a creation originally authored by his father, Jacques Polge: the family lineage overlays the lineage of the bottles, Coco Mademoiselle itself having descended from Coco, released in 1984.
The name borrows from jewelry: Coco Crush, a jewelry line introduced in 2015, from which Chanel takes the word to designate this flanker. The qualifier absolu places the flanker on the side of a more intense concentration within the line.
Sources diverge on the classification: Chanel describes on its American website an ambery composition that is magnetic in its intensity, which Premium Beauty News renders under the phrase intense amber, while Fragrantica classifies the perfume among floral chypres. It is sold in 50 and 100 ml, at 162 and 195 dollars.

Gracie Abrams, face of the campaign 2026
Gracie Abrams, already a muse of the Coco Crush jewelry line, becomes the face of the perfume for a campaign running in August 2026.
Chanel announces on its website Gracie Abrams as the new ambassador of the perfume. The connection with the house predates this: Abrams had been the face of the spring-summer 2025 pre-collection, then a muse of the Coco Crush jewelry line, before becoming the face of this flanker.
Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Head of Global Creative Resources Fragrance and Beauty, describes an approach in which Abrams asserts herself without artifice, and evokes a kinship of attitude rather than of silhouette with Gabrielle Chanel. The face of the campaign, for her part, recalls the filming and the Chanel team present on set. The campaign is announced to run in August 2026.
