Paris - St. Moritz

Paris - St. Moritz is a unisex eau de toilette by Chanel, the seventh destination in the Les Eaux de Chanel collection, launched in fall 2026. Olivier Polge composes a wintry amber musk: a fresh, fruity pear accord in the top, a rose facet in the heart, and contrasting musky and ambery notes in the base, evoking Gabrielle Chanel’s Alpine stays.

Where to buy

Paris - St. Moritz is a unisex eau de toilette by Chanel, signed by Olivier Polge, the house perfumer. Launched in fall 2026, it becomes the seventh destination in the Les Eaux de Chanel collection, four years after Paris - Paris.

Gabrielle Chanel in St. Moritz

Chanel links Paris - St. Moritz to Gabrielle Chanel’s stays in the Swiss resort, where from the late 1920s she enjoyed winter sports. The house describes her dressed in warm, elegant outfits, never having to choose between comfort and style.

A winter fragrance

The house presents Paris - St. Moritz as a luminous, enveloping amber musk, inspired by a winter’s day, to be worn like warm clothing. It claims for it the spontaneity proper to Les Eaux de Chanel, and a readily recognizable signature.

A collection of journeys

Since 2018, Les Eaux de Chanel have gathered fragrances inspired by destinations dear to Gabrielle Chanel: Deauville, Biarritz, Venice, the Riviera, Edinburgh and Paris. All are eaux de toilette, in 50 and 125 ml bottles, a format Paris - St. Moritz takes up.
