Thus Olivier Cresp, Nathalie Lorson, Marie Salamagne and Honorine Blanc composed with Black Opium a new fragrance that would highlight the fresh and fruity accords of the original bottle.

Just like its predecessors, Black Opium Glowing keeps its tangy top notes built with pear, lemon and bergamot notes. However, what Yves Saint-Laurent calls the citrus accord is greatly amplified to offer a breath of freshness right from the opening of this Black Opium Glowing. Moreover, this striking opening echoes the bitter orange note in the heart, the great novelty of this opus. That said, the sun-kissed and exotic flowers are not forgotten, and jasmine as well as orange blossom appear once again in this bottle.
