The history of the Berdoues house began in 1902, thanks to Pierre and Guillaume Berdoues. Together, they decided to create a first amber Eau de Cologne. Success was immediate. Since then, the epic has continued, until today forming a group rich with three perfume licenses and four different brands. Yet, despite this prestigious renown, Berdoues has not forgotten its origins. The 1902 collection is here to remind us of its history. In each of its compositions, the Berdoues house places great importance on the choice of its raw materials. And it is precisely this impeccable quality that is found in the fragrance Lierre & Bois. Built on the same concept as all the juices in the 1902 collection, it combines a classic perfumery raw material and an element of surprise for a retro-modern effect. Here, wood and ivy create a striking contrast. On one side, ivy, present in the top notes of this fragrance, gives it a very green, airy and refreshing breath. On the other, wood comes to warm the atmosphere and give more character to this scent. Added to this is also a spicier heart of pink pepper and cardamom. Amber and white musks bring more sensuality and animalic character to its base notes. Finally, iris, a noble ingredient of fine perfumery, enhances the elegance of this fragrance.
