Jérôme Epinette

Perfumery is a vast field in which certain fragrances stand as true legends. Time seems to glide over them without ever leaving a trace, except that of improvement. As such, they are sometimes likened to great vintages. This is why Jérôme Epinette, a renowned perfumer, approaches each of his fragrances with the same passion that drives a winemaker.

The origins of Jérôme Epinette

Jérôme Epinette was born in Burgundy. As such, he has always been immersed in the scent of vineyards and has repeatedly witnessed winemakers' passion for their craft. He became interested in winemaking and the sommelier profession at a very young age. So, although he turned to perfumery, he thinks of each of his fragrances as a great vintage in which he blends different raw materials in place of grape varieties. Likewise, he does not hesitate to collaborate with other partners in order to broaden his vision of perfumery. In this respect, he has teamed up with Olivia Giacobetti and Ben Gorham.

Once he obtained his diploma, he joined the Robertet group in 2003. To this day, he still works as a perfumer within this house, a giant of the perfumery industry. In this capacity, he works for numerous well-known brands, moving through a wide variety of olfactory styles, which earned him highly favorable reviews on several occasions. Thus, Jérôme Epinette has worked for L'Occitane en Provence, Lucky Scent and Victoria's Secret. However, he has also taken an interest in niche brands such as Atelier Cologne.

It would be too tedious to list the number of olfactory creations by Jérôme Epinette, so prolific has he been since joining the Robertet house. This scent enthusiast seems to set himself no limits, always finding creative interest in each new project.
