Likewise, it has often been described as the long-awaited, worthy successor to the iconic Boss Bottled. Created in 2015, this luxurious and seductive fragrance did not stop there. Hugo Boss decided to increase its intensity and accentuate the carnal side of the man within. This is how the brand new Boss The Scent Intense fragrance was born.
Hugo Boss opts for a visual that is not unfamiliar to us
Boss The Scent Intense immediately draws us into a familiar universe. It borrows many codes from its predecessor. It forms a kind of glass cage ringed with silver metal. Thus, contrasts are omnipresent on this bottle, which nevertheless remains very harmonious. The fragrance of Boss The Scent Intense appears to be protected by a thick glass wall as well as by metal claws. It resembles a precious secret that must be protected above all else. The cylindrical shape of this bottle echoes a certain softness. On the other hand, the robustness of the whole affirms its masculinity. Boss The Scent Intense nevertheless proves darker than before. Its amber tint perfectly echoes its sensuality. This sensuality, moreover, will once again be embodied on screen by Anna Ewers and Théo James. The model and the actor were already the faces of the campaign for the previous Boss The Scent. Thus, it comes as no surprise to find them once again for the launch of this new fragrance. What is more, the actor had already said he was very proud to represent Boss fragrances. […] He said he had always admired Boss for their perfect balance between classic and modernity. And that is precisely what is found in the new Boss The Scent Intense.
The new power of Boss The Scent Intense
Likewise, in terms of scent, this fragrance borrows numerous elements from its predecessor. In this case, it reintegrates into its composition the key element of Boss The Scent: maninka fruit. Used for the first time in perfumery in 2015 by Hugo Boss, this ingredient gives off a scent halfway between passion fruit and rum. What is more, it is a raw material from South Africa, renowned for its aphrodisiac effect. Thus, maninka fruit fits perfectly with the spirit of this fragrance. It is also accentuated here by the spicy, vibrant presence of ginger. Ginger appears from the top notes of Boss The Scent Intense. It is accompanied by green cardamom. Its heart, meanwhile, highlights one of the most famous ingredients in men's perfumery: lavender. Finally, the whole warms up a little more in the base. Its sillage releases a carnal burst of leather paired with a vanilla sweeter than ever.
