The new Polo Supreme Cashmere

Polo Supreme Cashmere is a fragrance we owe to perfumer Carlos Benaïm. He chose to work around the theme of masculinity. Yet Carlos Benaïm always works with his emotions and, at the same time, has a genuine aversion to cedar. He therefore chose to express the virility of the Ralph Lauren man by working around this ingredient, one nonetheless very often used in men's fragrances. Polo Supreme Cashmere opens with a blend of bergamot, a fresh and invigorating citrus, and cardamom, a fruit with a spicier, more anise-like scent. Then its heart develops in a more mysterious way, combining incense and myrrh. The latter is a very ancient resin from Africa, celebrated for its humid, spicy and sweet scent, almost close to that of licorice. Finally, Polo Supreme Cashmere ends with a luxurious and dark pairing of cashmere wood and iris root. The whole is presented in the iconic bottle of Ralph Lauren's Polo collection. Sexy and sophisticated, this bottle is here lacquered in a slightly translucent black. Its imposing stature evokes the silhouette of a man with square shoulders. Both modern and virile, this bottle is simply accented with golden details, such as its name, its cap, and its iconic polo player.
