Released in 2025, MYSLF L’Absolu takes the MYSLF range to its highest intensity, according to Yves Saint Laurent. A sparkling ginger and cardamom lift the bergamot, an orange blossom worked in YSL’s Ourika gardens holds the heart and an Indonesian patchouli the base, in a monolith of silvery mirrored glass.

Yves Saint Laurent presents MYSLF L’Absolu as the new intensity of its MYSLF line, the highest in the range: an intensified woody floral tension, lifted by fresh spices and warmed by a sensual patchouli. It joins the first MYSLF, from 2023, and Le Parfum.

A single perfumer

Perfume Mag writes that of MYSLF’s three perfumers, Daniela Andrier, Antoine Maisondieu and Christophe Raynaud, only the last signs L’Absolu, which keeps the spirit of the line while winning, according to the magazine, the favor of its fans.

From Ourika to Indonesia

The house links its orange blossom to YSL Beauté’s Ourika Community Gardens, in Morocco, the birthplace of an accord it calls scent trek, and the patchouli of its base to local Indonesian programs founded on fair trade.

Austin Butler, face of the MYSLF line since 2023, fronts the launch campaign for L’Absolu in September 2025, WWD reports. The actor thus keeps the role of global ambassador that YSL Beauté gave him when the first MYSLF came out.

On September 29, 2025, WWD announced that Colombian singer Feid would become the U.S. voice of MYSLF L’Absolu, after actor Drew Starkey and basketball player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander; the house hails his spirit, free of every rule.
