The tradition of the bridal bouquet dates back to the Middle Ages. However, it was really from the early nineteenth century onward that the bouquet became inseparable from the bride. At that time, orange blossom, a symbol of purity, was primarily used. This is why Thierry Wasser, the official perfumer of the Guerlain house, chose to fill this bouquet with orange blossom as luminous as it is sun-kissed. The top notes open with angelica seeds paired with pink pepper as well as the freshness of citrus. The heart develops into a sugared almond accord, the quintessential symbol of marriage, combined with orange blossom.
