La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal, the return of Lancôme's historic bottle
First of all, while La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal by Lancôme is a new perfume, note that its bottle is much older. Indeed, it takes up the emblematic silhouette common to all perfumes in the La Vie Est Belle collection by Lancôme. Yet their glass case is far from recent… As a small anecdote, it is named the “Sourire de Cristal” (Crystal Smile). This bottle was imagined in 1949 by Armand Petitjean, in collaboration with Georges Delhomme, who was then his artistic director. Together, they aimed to create a bottle symbolizing women's aura. Where do they get that certain something that gives them such radiance? From their smile, of course! And so together they created a bottle whose glass base formed a smile. Yet, for many years, this bottle was forgotten. It was on the occasion of the launch of La Vie Est Belle, in 2012, that it was brought back out of storage. It seemed to have finally found its perfect match! The bottle of La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal is therefore a tribute to Lancôme's rich heritage and history.
The new holographic finish of La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal
While its shape remains the same, its finish, on the other hand, is slightly different. Its glass is no longer completely transparent, as it once was. It is now adorned with a holographic finish, playing with color. With it, countless reflections come to life upon contact with light, transforming according to the position in which the bottle is held. La Vie Est Belle Soleil Cristal has a warm heart and refracts light like a luminous halo. It radiates light and cheerfulness.
A silk chiffon finish to enhance its visual
