La Nuit Trésor Vanille Noire

La Nuit Trésor Vanille Noire is an Eau de Parfum by Lancôme launched in 2025, signed by Amandine Clerc-Marie and Honorine Blanc. The house presents it as the first amber juice of the La Nuit Trésor collection, born in 2015: Damascena rose, Bourbon vanilla and an oud wood accord, in the diamond bottle, here tinted with an orange amber, with Penélope Cruz for the campaign.

Top note

Lancôme opens on a Damascena rose absolute, which the house calls honeyed; ifragrance echoes the same opening. This rose contrasts with the leathery register of the vanilla.

Heart note

At the center, the house places a Bourbon vanilla absolute, which ifragrance simply names Bourbon vanilla. This is the titular material, presented as a black vanilla, opulent, with leathery nuances.

Base note

The base rests, according to Lancôme, on an oud wood accord, which ifragrance formulates as oud wood, tasked with providing the smokiness on which the rose ignites.

What the label declares

The label confirms the vanilla through coumarin and benzyl benzoate, and the rose through geraniol, citronellol and eugenol, the latter also signing a spicy facet. Benzyl salicylate, hydroxycitronellal and hexyl cinnamal, white floral materials, broaden the bouquet beyond the announced rose.

Alpha-isomethyl ionone provides a powdery facet, cinnamyl alcohol a cinnamon note, citral and limonene a touch of citrus; the colorants CI 15510, CI 14700 and CI 60730 give the juice its amber tint.

Competing pyramids

Wikiparfum does not detail its own tiering and classifies the fragrance as woody amber. Ifragrance follows the house's arrangement, rose, vanilla, oud, with no variation in the materials cited.
