Lancôme releases a new La Nuit Trésor fragrance: à la Folie. It all began in 2015 with the creation of a perfume named La Nuit Trésor. This juice, akin to a romance, was presented in an exceptional bottle with a highly refined spirit. Then, in 2016, La Nuit Trésor became a Caresse with notes of vanilla and raspberry.
La Nuit Trésor, the perfume of love to the point of madness
Trésor was already a lovely floral and poetic encounter that transported us back to the 1990s in a great gust of flowers. In order to revive this perfumery myth, the house of Lancôme chose to compose a fragrant offspring of this perfume in 2015, named La Nuit Trésor. After several magnificent flankers, the original perfumer duo, joined by the talented Honorine Blanc, offers us an even more ardent scented encounter in 2018, La Nuit Trésor A la Folie.
La Nuit Trésor A La Folie, a new fiery encounter signed by Christophe Raynaud, Amandine Clerc-Marie and Honorine Blanc
Trésor was unanimously recognized upon its release as a scented jewel that portrayed rose in all its most beautiful facets. It is moreover considered Sophia Grojsman's very first great success, as well as one of the rare fragrances to have dared to portray a rose tinged at times with light, at times with beautiful darkness. Trésor's success was such that, even several decades later, it is still just as adored for its fine olfactory qualities.
Yet it took courage to compose a Trésor that could, just as the original bottle did in its time, do justice to today's femininity. A bold challenge that the two talented perfumers Christophe Raynaud and Amandine Clerc Marie did not shy away from with La Nuit Trésor, an elixir just as floral as its predecessor but more gourmand and above all very sensual.
This signature juice is recognizable by a crystalline, powerful rose over an overdosed vanilla leather, by its aphrodisiac sillage as compelling as absolute love. Amandine Clerc-Marie on La Nuit Trésor.
A sensuality that would moreover be the keyword of the sublime flanker that the duo, joined once again by Honorine Blanc, would offer for La Nuit Trésor A la Folie.
La Nuit Trésor A la Folie thus follows the beautiful oriental floral slopes already traced in its time by La Nuit Trésor, where this time all the most ardent facets of damask rose are explored…
Damask rose reveals itself through sensual oriental facets for La Nuit Trésor A La Folie
La Nuit Trésor, just like La Nuit Trésor A la folie and the other magnificent flankers in the Lancôme range, was crafted by masters of sensual perfumery. Whether for Christophe Raynaud, Amandine Clerc-Marie or the new member of this team, Honorine Blanc, composing a perfume without a touch of sensuality seems unthinkable. So much so that Christophe Raynaud states that when a woman wears a perfume, he says, he needs to want to kiss her. That says it all! It therefore seemed obvious that this new opus, La Nuit Trésor A la Folie, had to bring together the most beautiful oriental and floral ingredients to be utterly irresistible.
La Nuit Trésor A la Folie thus becomes far more oriental but also far more floral than the previous opuses. Opening with sharp and dynamic notes, La Nuit Trésor a La Folie quickly slides toward an opulent bouquet of precious flowers at its heart. The famous damask rose is at first fresh and delicate, then, moving into woody and amber depths, becomes much deeper and more charming.
