Eros is the men's fragrance Versace launched in 2012, the house's first for men in five years. Aurélien Guichard strikes an opening of mint, green apple and lemon, then catches it with a sweet base of tonka bean, ambroxan and vanilla. The turquoise bottle carries the house Medusa.
A rectangular bottle in turquoise glass, a Medusa head in relief on the body and on the cap, with a matching case in turquoise and gold.
The Eros bottle is a rectangle of turquoise glass. The Medusa head, the house emblem since Gianni Versace, sits in relief on the body and appears again at the top of the cap.
The color does the work the name begins. Turquoise points to the Mediterranean, and it sets Eros apart from the rest of the family: red went to Eros Flame, gold to the eau de parfum.
The case carries the turquoise with gold accents. Eros arrived in fifty and one hundred milliliters of eau de toilette, with a line of scented body products from the launch.
