By Man Re-Edition 1997 brings back in 2026 the men’s fragrance Dolce & Gabbana launched in 1997, in its zebra-print bottle. The formula is by Alberto Morillas. Nutmeg and black pepper open the composition, lavender and mugwort form its heart, and amber and guaiac wood its base: a spicy amber, sold in a 100 ml bottle.
The 1997 bottle returns, dressed in a zebra print and a black fabric label embroidered in silver, in the codes of the Re-Edition collection.
By Man Re-Edition 1997 takes up the design of the 1997 bottle and its zebra print, the masculine counterpart of the leopard print that dresses By Woman. Both re-editions thus keep the animal-print decoration of their original bottles.
The fragrance’s name appears on a black fabric label embroidered in silver, the common mark of the bottles in the Re-Edition collection. A black cap trimmed with silver tops the sculpted glass, and the 100 ml bottle comes in a black velvet box.
