Paris - St. Moritz

Paris - St. Moritz is a unisex eau de toilette by Chanel, the seventh destination in the Les Eaux de Chanel collection, launched in fall 2026. Olivier Polge composes a wintry amber musk: a fresh, fruity pear accord in the top, a rose facet in the heart, and contrasting musky and ambery notes in the base, evoking Gabrielle Chanel’s Alpine stays.

Chanel builds Paris - St. Moritz around a fresh, fruity pear accord, lifted by a floral rose facet; musky and ambery notes set their warmth against it in the last tier. The house places it in the amber musk family.

A fresh pear

Pear opens the composition as an accord, since the material lends itself to no extraction. The house wants it fresh and fruity, and gives it the leading role in the composition, the one that gives the fragrance its brightness.

A rose as a facet

Rose does not form a heart in its own right: the house describes it as a floral facet, of refined elegance, that comes to accentuate the pear accord and bring it its touch of flower.

A musky, ambery base

Musky and ambery notes, which the house calls sensual, hold the last tier and create the contrast. They give the fragrance its enveloping warmth, the one the house associates with winter clothing, and its place among the ambers.

What remains to be specified

Chanel details neither the musks nor the ambery materials of the last tier, and the ingredients printed on the box remain unknown to date. These elements will complete the composition once they are published.
