Rosa Incandescente

Rosa Incandescente is launched in 2025 by Gucci within the The Alchemist’s Garden collection, as part of the quartet reinterpreting the stages of ancient alchemy. Co-signed by perfumers Cécile Matton and Ralf Schwieger, this unisex eau de parfum belongs to the marine floral family and stands out through the unusual encounter between two opposing olfactory worlds: the ocean and the earth.

The composition is built around two notes announced by the house: a salty red seaweed, whose pure essence the house states was revealed through supercritical fluid extraction, and honeyed Damask rose. The resulting accord confronts the iodic salinity of the seaweed with the floral, honeyed opulence of the rose, creating a tension between marine freshness and floral sweetness.

Within the 2025 quartet of The Alchemist’s Garden, Rosa Incandescente represents the most contrasted and unexpected interpretation, carried by the co-signature of two perfumers.
