For many men and women, Pour Un Homme is considered a true legend of perfumery. Indeed, before it, men simply applied a few drops of eau de Cologne to their skin, right after shaving. These were very fresh but short-lived fragrances. They lacked any real personality. Ernest Daltroff decided to change things and to create a true composition, made to underscore elegance: Pour Un Homme de Caron. Since 1934, this fragrance's renown and success have endured.

Pour Un Homme Le Soir by Caron pays tribute to the house of Caron's iconic fragrance and presents itself as a new interpretation of masculine seduction. More contemporary and more seductive than before, it intensely evokes the enchantment possible once night falls... This fragrance is ideally worn in the evening, to seduce and win over hearts. It invites closeness and relies for that on an overdose of lavender. To enhance the signature ingredient of the Pour Un Homme collection, perfumer Jean Jacques drew on two different varieties of lavender: Provençal and Bulgarian. He also added a very particular oakwood essence, derived from the making of cognac barrels. Ambery and smoky, it further combines with spicier notes of incense as well as the enchanting, almond-like sillage of tonka bean.
