Venenum is one of the six eaux de parfum L’Artisan Parfumeur gathered under the name Natura Fabularis in 2016. Daphné Bugey set three memories of India inside it: a spiced masala tea, steamed rice, a creamy sandalwood. The Latin name announces poison; the house speaks of a venom that makes the mouth water.

Natura Fabularis has a container of its own. Thomas Dunckley describes it as round, where the main collection keeps its angular heptagons, and notes the golden bee set on the glass. Luckyscent gives the same image, an atomiser adorned with a metal bee.
The packaging has changed twice. CaFleureBon reports a visual world entrusted in 2018 to the Paris taxidermist Deyrolle, and handed in 2021 to the botanical artist Katie Scott, whose drawings Harrods still points out. The only size sold is seventy-five millilitres.
