Scandal Extase is the women’s edition Jean Paul Gaultier is adding to the Scandal line in 2026, paired with Scandal Pour Homme Extase. It is a fruity amber scent in three notes: apricot nectar in the top, benzoin in the heart, patchouli in the base, a material that links it to the 2017 Scandal. Scandal Extase keeps the line’s bottle: a rounded glass topped with a gold cap where two legs rise toward the sky, and a gold plate bearing the Scandal name. In the announcement visual, the glass shifts from red to pink, crossed by green and gold iridescent reflections.
The house has not yet described this bottle: its size, its concentration and the details of its decoration remain to be confirmed when it goes on sale, as does the box that will accompany it.
