Where to buy

In the late 1960s, they joined forces to open a leather accessories boutique on New York's 5th Avenue. From the opening of their boutique, the products were snapped up and the Jacomo brand became the star of the jet set. They adopted a couture style that was quickly appreciated, one they also carried over into their perfumes. The house's first fragrance, created in 1970, Eau Cendrée, became a bestseller. In 1980, Jacomo presented Jacomo, a highly oriental masculine fragrance.

Jacomo, a reference to the brand's name

As a tribute to the Jacomo brand, the creators chose to name their perfume after it, so it became Jacomo de Jacomo. But note that Jacomo does not merely carry the name of the house that gave birth to it, it embodies its spirit… Like the brand, the masculine fragrance delivers a spirited and dynamic character. Jacomo de Jacomo reveals the personality of the man who wears it. Elegant and extremely seductive, he draws attention through his natural charisma. Understated and chic, Jacomo de Jacomo is nonetheless a distinguished, ultra masculine perfume.

Jacomo de Jacomo, its spicy oriental notes

The composition of Jacomo de Jacomo reveals a vibrant, oriental, woody and spicy energy. Jacomo de Jacomo opens with the fresh, citrus notes of lemon. These are paired with the aromatic notes of lavender, basil and marjoram. As for galbanum, it provides a great burst of greenery. The heart is a striking blend of spices such as cinnamon and clove. Patchouli lays down a woody sillage that contrasts with the spices. The base of Jacomo de Jacomo is meant to be very sensual and ultra masculine. It is composed of ambergris, vanilla, oakmoss and leather. As for the bottle, it mirrors the composition, understated and chic. Rectangular, it is dressed in black, contrasting with the metallic gray of the cap. The bottle combines aesthetics, technicality and modernity. Beneath its clean lines, the house underscores an excess of masculinity.

Jacomo de Jacomo is an ultra masculine fragrance intended as a tribute to the origins of the Jacomo house. Highly sophisticated, this scent is composed of oriental and spicy notes that place it at the height of masculine elegance. The spirited character of Jacomo makes it a distinguished perfume for men who move through time with confidence.
