Hommage à l'Homme: Lalique celebrated its 20th anniversary in perfumery! In addition to the crystal reissue of the first Lalique perfume, the perfume house reserved a very special surprise for men to celebrate its twenty years of existence: Hommage à l'Homme.
An Art Deco glass bottle designed by Thierry de Baschmakoff, paired with a crystal edition featuring the pipe player by René Lalique.
Two versions accompany the release. The first, in glass, is designed by Thierry de Baschmakoff, of the Aesthete studio, in an Art Deco-inspired style. The second, in crystal, is aimed at collectors.
The crystal bottle reproduces the pipe-player sculpture created by René Lalique in 1929 for the Orient-Express. Its price is announced at between one thousand and one thousand two hundred euros. Lalique gives its capacity: 100 ml, or 3.3 fl. oz.
This crystal bottle holds a 100 ml Extrait de Parfum and bears the engraved inscription “Lalique France”.
