A fig leaf accord opens the fragrance. Green, milky, slightly bitter, it carries the smell of the tree far more than that of the fruit, and gives the opening its character.

Hedione occupies the heart. Derived from work on jasmine absolute, the material brings a lemony, floral clarity that keeps the whole in suspension without weighing it down.

Virginia cedar closes the accord, dry and chalky. The house uses it the same way on its other masculines, where it serves as an energetic base.

Osmoz notes around these three materials a top of sage, basil and blackcurrant leaves, a heart of rose and mignonette, a base of sandalwood, tonka bean and vanilla.

The label carries coumarin and hydroxycitronellal among the regulated allergens, along with two colorants and UV filters, which places the formula on the side of floral woodies rather than citrus.

On October 1, 2026 the juice changes: Francis Kurkdjian's restoration replaces in store the version sold until then, without coexisting with it.

What the label declares

The list the house publishes for the Dioriginals version has twenty-eight entries. Acetyl cedrene, a woody note, heads the declared substances, ahead of limonene, linalyl acetate and linalool; coumarin and vanillin appear further down.

Bitter orange peel is the only natural essential oil named, with hydroxycitronellal for the floral facet. Two UV filters protect the juice, which two colorants, yellow and blue, tint.
