Colonia Pura is the clear reading François Demachy gave in 2017 of the 1916 Colonia. Bergamot, orange and petitgrain open wide, sambac jasmine and narcissus hold a clean heart lifted by coriander, and a base of cedar, patchouli and musk closes without weighing it down. A daytime cologne, claimed as simple.

Colonia Pura is presented in the vessel the house holds as the expression of its Art Deco style: clear glass that lets the juice show through, topped with the black cap common to the Colonia collection.
The restyling lies in the labels, reduced to a minimal white that answers Colonia's aesthetic. The box, cylindrical and in matte paper, keeps the bright yellow the house has made its signature.
Three sizes exist: fifty, one hundred and one hundred eighty milliliters. Acqua di Parma also offers engraving on the glass, a service open to all its colognes.
