Cinéma, the star of Yves Saint-Laurent
Direction La Croisette, to attend the Cannes Film Festival… Yves Saint-Laurent takes us directly into the spotlight. Cinéma is the perfume of an elegant woman, who loves to please and who loves to attract glances. Like a star, this woman is constantly coveted and adored. Cinéma could be the perfume of the most famous female stars around the world. Its captivating fragrance immediately propels the wearer into the limelight. Cinéma resembles a concentrate of femininity, glamour, dream and celebrity. Cinéma displays boldness, but also refinement. The Yves Saint-Laurent woman is confident, she moves forward under the spotlight… Lights, please!
The floral and sensual notes of Cinéma
Cinéma was designed for stars, so it is an ultra feminine and very luminous perfume. Cinéma opens with the sparkling notes of mandarin. To these is joined the sensuality of almond blossom. Its heart is extremely floral and feminine, with the presence of amaryllis, jasmine and peony. The base is more voluptuous and sensual, notably thanks to ambergris and white musks. Bourbon vanilla also brings its touch of exotic sensuality. These last notes lend the composition depth and charm. As for the bottle, it too shows beauty and boldness. It is inspired by a work by Line Vautrin, an emblematic Parisian sculptor of the 50s. This sculpture was called The Poetess of Metal. The bottle thus harmoniously blends gold and light. The thick glass is rectangular and highly worked. The mirror play of this case-like bottle reveals gold letters on its front face, forming the word Cinéma. The whole is topped with a die-shaped cap in satin gold-tone metal. The Cinéma bottle is one of the most luxurious in the Yves Saint-Laurent perfume range.
Under the spotlight, Cinéma… For all those who dream of being a star, Yves Saint-Laurent imagined a particularly bold and luminous juice. Its floral and oriental notes offer beauty, femininity and sensuality. The extraordinary bottle joins the composition to present an exceptional perfume, fit for a star.
