Belle de Jour joined La Collection Privée Christian Dior with the wave of new releases that came with its 2018 overhaul under the name Maison Christian Dior. François Demachy composed it. Dior files it among its fruity florals and describes it as a pear dessert: the roundness of the fruit, the freshness of rose accords, the velvet of a woody touch, and musky notes to soften it.

Belle de Jour takes the bottle of La Collection Privée Christian Dior. In 2021, Dior’s French website offered it in 125 and 250 ml sprays and in a large 450 ml flacon, with free engraving on order.
Dior does not describe the glass and keeps its comments for the juice, which it associates with the shades of yellow of a fruit ripening in the sun. Dior also offered a trial service there: a sample included with the order, the bottle taken back as long as it remains sealed.
