The bottle changes its outfit, not the fragrance: the asymmetrical star is dressed in a pearly white melting into Angel’s blue, like a snowflake, and holds the 1992 Eau de Parfum, signed by Olivier Cresp, in a 25 ml refillable spray.

A holiday edition

For Christmas 2018, Mugler dresses the Angel Eau de Parfum in a collector’s bottle named Étoile Givrée. The house presents a star seized by frost, designed for the excitement and magic of the year-end holidays, and sold as a limited edition for the season.

Mugler regularly reissues Angel in collector’s bottles that keep the 1992 fragrance and change only the star’s outfit. Étoile Givrée takes its place in this series as the winter edition of 2018.

The house’s narrative

Mugler ties the edition to the history of Angel, a fragrance the house says was born of Thierry Mugler’s childhood memories and which, for the house, embodies the woman of all desires. The star, the emblem under which the house places its creations, remains the common thread of this edition.
