Thierry Mugler is a talented creator who has always drawn his creativity from the immensity of the sky. Since early childhood, he has described himself as someone with his head in the stars. As such, he has carefully kept this celestial body as the emblem of his house. Indeed, Thierry Mugler sees in the star a symbol of eternity and immensity that fascinates him. It is therefore only logical that it should once again be found at the heart of the fragrance Innocent. It came out in 1998, following the immense success of Angel. While its predecessor leaned heavily into the gourmand character of childhood, this time it is about depicting the image of a young, playful and unpredictable woman. Innocent is imbued with the same universe as its elder. However, it is less exuberant and, as its name suggests, aims to be more innocent. Thierry Mugler thus seems to sign a more understated and ingenuous creation. However, one should not be mistaken, Innocent is by no means a childish juice. It is instead luminous and airy, as if rising through the sky in a genuine burst of spontaneity. Its breath thus becomes akin to a light breeze.

The airy fragrance of Innocent

Innocent is a transparent, luminous juice… But not so innocent after all! Indeed, it plays on multiple contrasts. Its scent begins with an intense, radiant freshness. This is notably highlighted by the mischievous liveliness of bergamot as well as the tangy sweetness of mandarin. Then, a “dewberry” accord makes its appearance. This notably contains red fruits as well as blackcurrant. Innocent then continues its fruity flight through the exotic presence of passion fruit. Helional, for its part, makes the whole more aquatic. However, a gourmand touch comes to surprise the ensemble. The emblematic praline of Angel seems to make a comeback here. It is then immersed in an airy flow of white musks. Innocent thus leaves behind a clean scent paired with an absolutely delicious meringue-like accord. It should also be noted that, since 2004, Innocent has been given a new bottle. It takes the form of a glass and silver cylinder whose transparency allows a glimpse of the bluish color of its juice. The whole is then topped with a very modern, shiny silver cap stamped with the iconic blue star of the Thierry Mugler house.
