Ultraviolet pour elle, the taste of mystery Francisco Rabaneda y Cuervo was born in the Spanish Basque Country. His mother worked for Balenciaga, and young Francisco grew up surrounded by different fabrics and colors. Paco Rabanne was the first couturier to incorporate metal into a haute couture dress.
