The second chapter of Lalique's solar line, Soleil Vibrant (2022) shifts the 2019 pillar toward the amber. Nathalie Lorson and Alexandra Monet let ginger bite into a juicy pear, then let sambac jasmine and saffron lead to a woody Bourbon vanilla. The sun-shaped bottle is worn around the neck on its chain.

The bottle reprises that of the line, designed under the artistic direction of Marc Larminaux: a round, radiant shape, conceived as a sun, whose facets catch the light in the manner of the crystal that made the house's name.

The variation specific to Soleil Vibrant is chromatic. Where the earlier fragrance played on a bold yellow, this one takes on a fawn shade, lacquered in a gradient from base to top — a discreet way of bringing back to the fragrance the animal print that served as its starting point.

The detail that stands out lies elsewhere: a chain attached at the neck, which detaches and can be worn as a necklace. It is included with the fragrance, not sold separately. The finish remains that of an accessory rather than a piece of jewelry, but the idea nicely extends the interplay between fragrance and object that the house has long cultivated.
