When Petit Guerlain is reborn under the talents of Thierry Wasser it becomes Petit Guerlain Bleu

Petit Guerlain thus had two births: a first in 1994 under the aegis of Jean-Paul Guerlain, a second in 2014 under the aegis of Thierry Wasser.

The very first Petit Guerlain was composed by the descendant of the perfumer family in order to duly celebrate the arrival of his grandson and his brand new status as grandfather. Petit Guerlain quickly positioned itself in this new children's perfumery market, already occupied by star fragrances such as Baby Dior, Ptitsenbon or even l'Eau de Bonpoint. However, despite considerable renown, Petit Guerlain eventually disappeared in 2007, a victim of new legislation regarding woody raw materials such as oakmoss.

On the twentieth anniversary of this legendary fragrance, Thierry Wasser chose to rework this iconic perfume to offer it in two distinct bottles: Petit Guerlain Bleu and Petit Guerlain Rose. Both are dressed in the historic bee bottle created in 1853 for Empress Eugénie and the famous Eau de Cologne Impériale, and are adorned, for one, with a candy pink label and, for the other, Petit Guerlain Bleu, with a baby blue label.

A soft and delicate fragrance, created as an invitation full of poetry to the art of perfume. It is dressed in the legendary bee bottle, created in 1853 for Empress Eugénie. This emblem of the house of Guerlain is here adorned in blue or soft pink. Guerlain on Petit Guerlain Bleu.

Petit Guerlain Bleu between tenderness and gourmand touches

Between Petit Guerlain Bleu and Petit Guerlain Rose, there is no difference except the bottle, which is mainly intended to become one of the most beautiful birth gifts for a child. On the other hand, regarding Petit Guerlain born in 1994 and Petit Guerlain in 2014, the accords have changed to adapt to regulations but also to the tastes of young parents.

Thus Petit Guerlain opens on a breeze of lightness and freshness propelled by a marriage between citrus notes of orange and mandarin, and aromatic notes of lavender and chamomile. Then orange blossom, a new addition to this Petit Guerlain Bleu, blends with floral accords of rose, mimosa and a touch of retro powderiness symbolized by the delicate and historic note of violet. Thierry Wasser's new gourmand touches then come to pair with these floral delicacies, exhaling notes of acacia honey and pistachio that find a cozy cocoon of white musks to welcome them.
