Mr. Burberry Eau de Toilette
Burberry is a house with a clearly British identity. Indeed, this great house of creation is proud of its origins and does not hesitate to make it known. What is more, it is also recognized around the world for its famous trench coat.

Where to buy
This trench coat is now offered in both a feminine and a masculine version. So it is precisely this masculine version, along with England itself, that is at the heart of the Mr Burberry fragrance. This juice is fully rooted in the house's tradition and seems to carry on its heritage while adding a touch of modernity.
English elegance seen through Burberry's eye
Mr Burberry is a fragrance one might say is elegantly dressed in a suit. It embodies the quintessence of English elegance. It is like a gentleman dressed in a Burberry trench coat and a top hat. As such, it is at once sensual, chic and virile. In reality, this fragrance draws on two different sources of inspiration: the house's iconic trench coat and the city of London. This juice mirrors the English capital: woven through with multiple contrasts. It is at once refined yet irreverent, classic yet subversive, contemporary yet traditional. It came into being at the same time as the Burberry Chelsea men's trench coat, a jacket recently added to the Heritage collection. It is thus a fragrant breath that pairs beautifully with this new piece of the Burberry wardrobe. The advertising campaign for this fragrance, meanwhile, was orchestrated by Steve McQueen, a British director. It captures an intimate moment between a couple, whose two protagonists are portrayed by Josh Whitehouse, actor and musician, and Amber Anderson, model.
The woody and aromatic scent of Mr Burberry
As for its fragrance, Mr Burberry was created by the talented perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. He incorporated ingredients traditionally used in English perfumery while adding a touch of surprise. Thus, Mr Burberry opens with a bold pairing of grapefruit and tarragon. What is more, cardamom lends this sparkling opening a spicier dimension. At the same time, it helps reinforce the virile character of this juice. Then, a genuine fougère scent emerges at its heart. It nevertheless takes on a resolutely contemporary spirit. It is paired with birch leaves, which only heighten its smooth quality. Likewise, cedarwood and nutmeg make the whole more charming and refined. Continuing this woody sensation, vetiver and guaiac wood make their appearance in the sillage. They come across as slightly smoky and are accompanied by the warmth of sandalwood. Mr Burberry comes in a bottle deeply inspired by the house's iconic trench coat. Moreover, its ebony-colored cap pays tribute to the buttons of this jacket. Likewise, the whole is adorned with a hand-tied black gabardine ribbon, a tribute to the revolutionary fabric of this coat invented by Thomas Burberry more than a century ago.
