Launched in 2010 by the Omani house Amouage, Memoir Woman tells the story of a rose transformed under the full moon: from luminous muse to shadowy enchantress. Perfumers Daniel Maurel and Dorothée Piot orchestrate a chypre ballet in which green absinthe opens the dance, taif rose swirls in a haze of incense and castoreum leather seals its fate. Halfway between a gothic tale and couture elegance, Memoir Woman embodies the most introspective facet of the Library collection.
