Luna Rossa Carbon Eau de Toilette
The sporty scent of Luna Rossa Carbon, Luna Rossa is an emblematic fragrance from the house of Prada that draws on the values of top-level sailing and that borrowed its name from one of the most famous vessels on the planet.

Where to buy
This one is a tribute to the natural world and to a passion for innovation. In keeping with this iconic essence from Prada, Luna Rossa Carbon is its new declination from 2017. This new fragrance stays in the same vein as its predecessor, revisiting a fougère accord and placing it under a breath that is more aromatic than before.
Prada offers a bottle with a highly competitive spirit
Since its launch, Luna Rossa has been a fragrance that pays tribute to Prada's catamaran, which has been competing in the America's Cup since the year 2000. As such, it embodies values of competitiveness and athleticism. It encourages men to push beyond their limits and to draw from deep within themselves. This same sporting spirit, combined with unmatched engineering expertise, is found in the Luna Rossa Carbon fragrance. This is felt even in its bottle. It follows the silhouette of the very first Luna Rossa, created in 2012 by Yves Béhar. This futuristic designer loves above all to create avant-garde compositions. He explains that, to him, design not only aims to show the future, but must also bring us there. Thus, the Luna Rossa Carbon bottle appears to be made of carbon. It rests on an opaque black base that is both elegant and futuristic. This is topped with a transparent glass container also conceived in shades of gray. The whole is crossed by a red band on which the Prada name appears in white. It unmistakably evokes a finish line. Finally, a chrome-plated metal spray cap underscores the modernity of the whole.
The dark and energizing fragrance of Luna Rossa Carbon
Likewise, in terms of scent, Luna Rossa Carbon is in perfect harmony with the rest of its look. This fragrance is at once highly invigorating while possessing a very dark facet. It opens on a contrasted blend that sets the somewhat bitter sweetness of bergamot against the fiery, spicy warmth of pepper. A heart of lavender then takes over. This is surrounded by earth tincture as well as metallic and charcoal notes. This is in fact where its darkest side comes from. Then, Luna Rossa Carbon gives a nod to its maritime side by revealing an aquatic breath. This quickly gives way to a warmer base made up of patchouli and ambroxan. Once again, this fragrance is the work of perfumer Daniela Andrier. Indeed, it is she who has already created the entire Luna Rossa collection since its creation in 2012.
