L'Extase Caresse de Roses

L’Extase Caresse de Rose follows barely a year after the release of L’Extase by Nina Ricci. Both were created by the talented perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. They invite women to give voice to their boldest fantasies.

Bergamot and pear share a common fruity sweetness in the top notes, the former carried by sugar, the latter by a softer fruitiness: two neighboring facets of the same gourmand register.

Rose, warm and honeyed, lily of the valley, green and fresh, and raspberry, tangy and sweet, meet in the heart. The green freshness of lily of the valley contrasts with the honeyed warmth of rose, with raspberry oscillating between the two.

Patchouli, earthy and damp, white musks, coppery and animalic, and violet, powdery and waxy, make up the base: the powderiness of violet, the earthy density of patchouli and the animalic grain of musk layer together there.
