Legend Elixir is a parfum for men by Montblanc, launched in 2026 as the strongest concentration in the Legend collection and signed by Antoine Maisondieu and Guillaume Flavigny. The house describes it as an ambery fougère: bergamot, lavender and pink pepper at the top, iris and clary sage in the heart, vanilla, amber woods, cistus and benzoin in the base.
Varanis Ridari, of the blog The Scented Devil, bought it and recommends it: a refined elixir, far from the cloying flankers of the genre, blending semi-oriental fougère and gourmand without being entirely unique.

On May 21, 2026, Varanis Ridari, of the blog The Scented Devil, saw in Legend Elixir an interesting take on the elixir trend, the only one he bought as a fan of the line. He judges it far more refined than most of the cloying elixirs on the market.
Between fougère and gourmand
He finds in it the maturity of Yves Saint Laurent’s MYSLF L’Absolu set on a structure close to Parfums de Marly’s Pegasus, with traditional oriental base materials: a blend of semi-oriental fougère and gourmand, distinct enough not to resemble any other.
His only regret is that in the United States the fragrance is sold almost exclusively at Dillard’s, a distribution he finds oddly restricted for the Legend line.
